1. About Assure Gold

Assure Gold is a licensed Precious Stones and Precious Metals (PSPM) dealer registered with the Ministry of Law, Republic of Singapore.

By contacting us or transacting with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any transaction.

2. Buying gold

• All items are preloved (secondhand) unless explicitly stated as new.
• Every item is XRF-tested to verify purity before listing. The purity reading is provided to you before purchase.
• Photos and weights are shared via WhatsApp before any commitment is made.
• Prices are based on the live gold rate at the time of transaction and may vary from day to day.
• All sales are final once payment is made and the item has been handed over or delivered. We do not accept returns unless the item was materially misrepresented.
• You are encouraged to inspect the item and watch the XRF test before paying. No payment is required until you are satisfied.

3. Selling gold to us

• We accept preloved 916 and 999 gold items in good condition.
• All items submitted for sale will be XRF-tested on the spot in your presence. You are welcome to watch the test and see the reading on screen.
• Our buyback quote is based on the live gold spot rate at the time of testing and is valid on the day of the appointment only.
• You are under no obligation to accept our quote. If you decline, your item is returned to you immediately.
• Payment is made same-day via PayNow, bank transfer, or cash upon your agreement.
• By submitting an item for sale, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item and that it is free from any legal encumbrance.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Preloved gold purchases are GST-exempt under Singapore law — you pay 0% GST.

The prices displayed on our website are indicative and based on the gold rate at the time of publication. The final transaction price is confirmed on WhatsApp on the day of the transaction.

Accepted payment methods: PayNow, bank transfer, cash.

5. XRF purity testing

We use professional XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) spectrometry equipment to test gold purity. This is the same technology used by government assay offices and major gold dealers. Results are reported to four decimal places (e.g. 91.6431%).

The XRF test is non-destructive — it does not damage your item in any way. You are welcome to watch the reading in real time. We share the result with you before any transaction is finalised.

6. Disclaimer

While we take every care to describe our items accurately, gold prices fluctuate with the market. Prices shown on this website are indicative only and do not constitute an offer.

Assure Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from any transaction or the use of this website.

7. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
