Yes. The gold content is what matters, not the condition. Snapped chains, dented bangles, single earrings, melted lumps — all accepted. We test by weight and XRF purity, not appearance.
As a PSM-licensed dealer we require valid Singapore government-issued ID (NRIC, FIN, or passport) for every buyback transaction. This is required by law and protects both parties. Original purchase receipts are helpful but not required.
We separate stone weight from gold weight. Stones are returned to you, or valued separately if they are certified diamonds or precious gemstones. The gold portion is weighed and quoted independently.
